Mariposa Superior Court
Upon taking office, led a small rural court in establishing innovations both in modern practices and technology
Took the leadership role in establishing a local Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program for the Court’s Juvenile Dependency Court
Established the Prop 36 Court Program
Advocated for and began the implementation of a project that will provide the Court with an additional Jury Compatible Courtroom that will be ADA compliant.
Led the establishment of the Court’s Self-Help Center and later expansion.
Statewide Judicial Branch
Appointed to the Judicial Trial Court Presiding Judges Advisory Committee which provides the input of all 58 Trial Courts of the State on both local and statewide issues.
Appointed to the Judicial Council’s Trial Court Budget Working Group which prepares a budget recommendation on an annual basis for the Judicial Council’s consideration.
Member and Past Chair of the Rural Judges Forum, an organization which advocates for the smallest Courts of the State.
